JNraku is a Japan-focused marketing agency. We support marketplace marketing, offline retail promotion, localized content, and customer communication operations.

Information We Process

After account authorization, we may process the following information:

• Instagram account identifiers, username, and account type
• Instagram conversation and message information
• Message translation results
• Technical logs used to check API connection status and errors

We do not collect Instagram or Meta account passwords.

Purpose of Processing

We use the information only for the following purposes:

• Checking Instagram direct messages for business operations
• Translating messages between Japanese and Korean
• Supporting customer reply drafting
• Maintaining API connection reliability and error analysis

Third-Party Services

We do not sell personal information. Instagram message access is handled through Meta and Instagram APIs. Translation requests may be processed through OpenAI API only for the purpose of translating message text.

Retention and Deletion

Information is retained only as long as necessary for service operation, testing, troubleshooting, or legal compliance. Users may request deletion of related data or disconnect the app through Meta or Instagram account settings.
